We are a well-regarded and rapidly growing media buying agency seeking a media assistant.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The role for a media assistant is to manage all media administration for a designated list of clients, assist in the managing of client business a on a daily basis including the implementation of media campaigns for a designated list of clients accurately and efficiently.

Reporting to the Account manager of your responsibilities include:

  • Process all bookings with the media accurately & timely
  • Liaise with media to coordinate and generate monthly post campaign reports across all mediums
  • Source & prepare key numbers for material instruction across print, tv, press, radio, Letter Box distribution
  • Distribute material instructions to media & creative agencies including dub dispatch forms
  • Provide competitive analysis where required
  • Maintain up-to-date media & client files including contact lists
  • Attend and contribute to weekly WIP’s with Account manager
  • Assisting with monthly accounting input

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Uni-degree in media/marketing ideal but not essential
  • Ideal candidate with 1-2 years experience current media agency or media
  • Experience and interest in the media industry would be highly advantageous
  • Strong MS Office skills and experience in Excel a must
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Potential opportunity for interstate travel to meet with clients
  • Able to understand customer/client expectations and requirements and respond to their needs ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Superior attention to detail by owning the numbers, knows the numbers and their accuracy and completeness at all times.
